End Of Summer Bucket List

Posted by Tom Oryan on August 1, 2019

Everyone’s been so busy with back to school shopping and wrapping up their summer projects. But if I can be honest for a minute, I’m not ready for summer to end. Call me nostalgic, but summer reminds me of my younger years, and I want it to last a little longer. That’s why I’ve put together my end of summer bucket list. Follow this list if you’re like me and you want summer to last a little longer.

Go Star Gazing—Honestly, there’s never a bad time of year to stargaze. But summer has some of my favorite constellations. So grab a blanket, some pillows, and someone to stargaze with.

Find An Ice Cream Truck—Maybe I’m biased because I have a sweet tooth, but I believe you need to get ice-cream from an ice-cream truck at least once a summer.

Go Berry Picking—Even if you eat more than you put in your pail, berry picking is a fun activity for the whole family. Strawberries, raspberries, blackberries and more—with so many berries to pick, make sure you pick your favorite.

Road Trip To Family—Everything gets busy when the kids go back to school. So take a weekend to go see your family that lives a little further than you’re able to drive often.

Stay Outdoors All Day—From hiking to biking there are so many things you can do outdoors. Pick a day, choose something the whole family loves to do, pack some food and spend the whole day outside.

I hope if you’re sad like me about summer coming to a close this list will help you get the most out of the end of summer.
